When American HIStory Comes Alive
For years, many have been led to believe that the United States is not a nation based on biblical principles.
Yet, we see the rule of law that governs the country, the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution, all based on those very principles.
This divide is a major issue for younger generations… and our guest on We Are The Watchmen Weekly, Nancy Randolph, is doing something about it.
“We pray that hearts will change with the new information,” says Randolph, who has been teaching history for over seventeen years in a private Christian school in Orlando, FL after being a homeschool mom for over fourteen years. She also teaches Bible, Grammar, Speech and coaches drama.
Her American History Alive (AHA) Museum is an extension of the annual Black History Expo production created, directed, and produced by Ms. Randolph, using her 7th – 12th grade history classes for over twelve years.
And now, the AHA Museum is open to people outside of the classroom and of all ages. It is an exhilarating showcase that combines drama, speech, art, and TRUE history not normally taught in American classrooms. The historical figures of the museum come to life to tell their stories of struggles and overcoming great adversities.

The scripture to keep handy as you watch this week’s interview is the foundation for We Are The Watchmen Weekly:
6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned: if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away for his iniquity, but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.
7 So thou, O son of man, I have made thee a watchman unto the house of Israel: therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and admonish them from me.
8 When I shall say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt die the death, if thou dost not speak and admonish the wicked of his way, that wicked man shall die for his iniquity, but his blood will I require at thine hand.
Things To Understand: If you warn the people and they don’t listen, they deserve double the punishment. If you don’t warn them, you’re going to have to answer for those souls that were lost.
1.“Woe to the shepherds who are destroying and scattering the sheep of my pasture!” declares the Lord.
2. Therefore this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says to the shepherds who tend my people: “Because you have scattered my flock and driven them away and have not bestowed care on them, I will bestow punishment on you for the evil you have done,” declares the Lord.
“Woe to the worthless shepherd,
who deserts the flock!
May the sword strike his arm and his right eye!
May his arm be completely withered,
his right eye totally blinded!”
Things To Understand: Note that God speaks directly THREE TIMES in Jeremiah 23:1-2 about the responsibility of leaders (shepherds).
That’s important.
You ARE in a leadership position and YOU have influence with others whether in public or private.
That means you can be sure of two things:
Satan hates if you are focused on biblical principles and will throw the ‘kitchen sink’ at you to try and derail you. People (the world) will dislike you and you will suffer worldly losses;
God will hold you to an even higher standard based on your responsibility, and your rewards or punishment will be eternal.
