Are We Really Aware Of The Battle We’re In?
In a suburb of Orlando last night, The Fired By Faith And Fury church group screened “The 1916 Project,” a film on the history of the murder of the unborn by Planned Parenthood, by Seth Gruber.
We Are The Watchmen Weekly readers will recall that we covered the story of The 1916 Project last month (Click Here) which included a panel discussion with Pastor Allen Jackson and Eric Metaxas.
During this panel discussion, Gruber made a point: he referred to the murder of unborn children as the demonic abortion agenda.
This is an important distinction to make.
Why?
Because many see this as a “health care issue” or a “constitutional issue” - neither of these are incorrect, but they are not the primary driver of what’s happening. This battle is spiritual.
In the May 6, 2023 edition of We Are The Watchmen, we covered SatanCon and the story of a woman named Jessica who, with the help of The Satanic Temple, was able to have a “smooth & easy” abortion:

This woman, who is already a mother, has been misled so much that she views her unborn child as a transaction, not a life.
Let that sink in.
Then, take another look at how The Satanic Temple does exactly what Satan wants… they mock God:
She listened with curiosity as the nurse described the optional ceremonial aspects of the Satanic abortion ritual:
First, you find a quiet space. Bring a mirror if you can. Just before taking the medication, gaze at your reflection and focus on your personhood. Home in on your intent, your responsibility to you. Take a few deep, relaxing breaths. When you’re ready, read the following tenet aloud: One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone. Take the medication and immediately afterward, recite, Beliefs should conform to one’s best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort scientific facts to fit one’s beliefs.
Later, once your body expels the aborted tissue, return to your reflection. Focus again on your personhood, your power in making this decision. Complete the ritual by reciting a personal affirmation: By my body, my blood; by my will, it is done.
In the world of The Satanic Temple, your eyes are used to look at yourself and you must say the words…
This is the battle we’re in… and it’s why we, as believers, have to lead the way.

The reality is that 10 states have VERY similar legislation that would enshrine abortion into their constitutions (Click Here to read the full story)
The same groups, including Planned Parenthood, running the same bill in 10 different states.
The Father, in His mighty and infinite wisdom, knew what fallen man was capable of… which is why He was clear about His hatred of human sacrifice, especially children.
In Leviticus 18:21:
Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molek, for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the Lord.
And in Deuteronomy 12:31:
You must not worship the Lord your God in their way, because in worshiping their gods, they do all kinds of detestable things the Lord hates. They even burn their sons and daughters in the fire as sacrifices to their gods.
And in Jeremiah 32:35:
They built high places for Baal in the Valley of Ben Hinnom to sacrifice their sons and daughters to Molek, though I never commanded—nor did it enter my mind—that they should do such a detestable thing and so make Judah sin.
We need to feel exactly the same way. This is the battle that we’re in.
