Church Leaders, It's Your Time of Action, Volume 4 - Our Exclusive Interview with Steve Maxwell, Co-Founder Of Citizens Defending Freedom
In scripture, we’re taught that in the last days that fear and confusion will run rampant for those that are lost or living for the world.
As we are shown in Luke 21:25-26:
25. And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring;
26. Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
And that fear comes first from lack of knowledge.
According to the word of God, he judges this harshly. As we are shown in Hosea 4:6:
My people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.
“Because you have rejected knowledge,
I also reject you as my priests;
because you have ignored the law of your God,
I also will ignore your children.
If you’re a believer, you may be thinking that this doesn’t affect you at all…
If so, you are sorely mistaken. (Editor’s Note: If you are lost, seeking, or a non-believer, God bless you and welcome. This will make more sense in a moment.)
As a believer, once your eyes are opened, you have a tremendous responsibility… You are now responsible for your part in the great commission.
As Jesus teaches us in Matthew 28:18-20:
18. Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
19. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20. and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
That’s a BIG responsibility… and you should not take it lightly.
You’re considered a shepherd… and God is clear about our responsibilities as shepherds and the consequences of not doing what we’re supposed to do.
As he tells us in Jeremiah 23:1-2:
1.“Woe to the shepherds who are destroying and scattering the sheep of my pasture!” declares the Lord.
2. Therefore this is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says to the shepherds who tend my people: “Because you have scattered my flock and driven them away and have not bestowed care on them, I will bestow punishment on you for the evil you have done,” declares the Lord.
And in Zechariah 11:17:
“Woe to the worthless shepherd,
who deserts the flock!
May the sword strike his arm and his right eye!
May his arm be completely withered,
his right eye totally blinded!”
We’re also taught that if we obey His commands, the Lord will provide everything we need to help those who need it… and to take territory from the enemy.
As we are taught in 2 Corinthians 9:6-8:
6. Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.
7. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.
8. And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
And in Joshua 1:3-9:
3. I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses. 4. Your territory will extend from the desert to Lebanon, and from the great river, the Euphrates—all the Hittite country—to the Mediterranean Sea in the west.
5. No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you.
6. Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their ancestors to give them.
7. “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go.
8. Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.
9. Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”

Answering The Call To Speak Boldly - Slaying The “One World Religion” Demons
One of We Are The Watchmen Weekly’s most read and requested pieces is on the phenomenon of One World Religion And Chrislam.
Chrislam is a movement, hoped by some to be the answer for the ongoing clash between the West, which is predominantly Christian, and the Middle East, which is predominantly Muslim. Though a form of it reportedly began in Nigeria and is not new, it is a new movement in the United States.
Several protestant denominations have adopted this effort in the name of “love thy neighbor” and to promote an ecumenical, or unified, reconciliation between Christianity and Islam.
Chrislam is trying to focus on a connection between the Bible and the Koran. In the attempt to blend these two religions, Chrislam has itself become a new religion of sorts.
Some churches have been joined by others in placing the Koran next to the Bible in the church pews. Then there is a reading from both text, both being recognized as Holy Text.
And that’s not the only strange thing that’s happened.
Back in 2011, Wycliffe Bible Translators and the Summer Institute of Linguistics decided to make changes to bible translations.

A controversial decision by a number of Bible translation companies to remove the terms "Father" and "Son" from Arabic Bible versions is stirring a debate over the importance of semantics.
The words "Father," "Son" and "Holy Spirit" are integral to preserving the true meaning of the Gospel and should never be tampered with, some ministries say.
But some Bible translation organizations – such as Wycliffe Bible Translators and the Summer Institute of Linguistics (SIL), have argued that in certain cultures, keeping the literal translation creates the wrong context and does not portray the relationship between God and Jesus Christ correctly.
Controversy is swirling around the Arabic and Turkish translations of the Bible. The word "Father" is replaced with "Allah" (meaning God in Arabic), while "Son" becomes "Messiah."
As we’ve shared, this idea is Satan’s Perfect Formula For Evil, and its been hiding in plain sight for years.
Satan is highly effective in “blurring the lines” of truth a little bit at a time, and making it “palatable” to those who are ignorant or misguided…
But, you can’t invite a wolf into your house and then try to tell it what to eat.
In scripture, God clearly explains what we are seeing today in 2 Corinthians 4:3-4:
3. If the Gospel be then hid, it is hid to them that are lost.
4. In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds, that is, of the infidels, that the light of the glorious Gospel of Christ, which is the image of God, should not shine unto them.
God also shows us how those who are against God will go about their mission, in 2 Corinthians 11:14-15:
14. And no marvel: for Satan himself is transformed into an Angel of light.
15. Therefore it is no great thing, though his ministers transform themselves, as though they were the ministers of righteousness, whose end shall be according to their works.
