DRUGS, DISTRACTIONS, AND FAILED LEADERS - THE DEVILS DOMINION
The story on February 23, 2023, featuring the spread of the flesh eating drug “Tranq” in the UK news publication, The Sun, magnifies ongoing disobedience:
a. Society Mocking God, shown in Galatians 6:7:
Be not deceived: God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
b. Man Trying To Be God, shown in Genesis 3:5:
But God doth know that when ye shall eat thereof, your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
Footnotes
Genesis 3:5 As though he should say, God doth not forbid you to eat of the fruit, save that he knoweth that if ye should eat thereof, ye should be like to him.
With defiance, comes warning and judgement.
A SKIN-ROTTING drug commonly known as "Tranq" or "Tranq dope" has hit the streets of Philadelphia and is making its way to California, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
Public health officials are disturbed by its spread and the horrific wounds it causes on users.
Tranq is the common term for xylazine, an animal tranquilizer drug that is now most commonly cut with heroin or fentanyl. Xylazine is approved by the Food and Drug Administration as an animal tranquilizer used by vets but is not safe for humans.
Tranq users have found raw wounds erupting on their skin at the injection sites which have rotted the surrounding skin and caused infection, sometimes leading to amputation. The wounds turn into a crust of dead tissue called eschar, which if untreated will cause people to lose limbs.
These facts can be traced back to a lack of sound biblically-based leadership where it is desperately needed - from Shepherds:
As shown in Jeremiah 23:1-2
Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture, saith the Lord.
Therefore thus saith the Lord God of Israel unto the pastors that feed my people, Ye have scattered my flock, and thrust them out, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit you for the wickedness of your works, saith the Lord.
And in Zechariah 11:16-17:
For lo, I will raise up a shepherd in the land, which shall not look for the thing that is lost, nor seek the tender lambs, nor heal that that is hurt, nor feed that that standeth up, but he shall eat flesh of the fat, and tear their claws in pieces.
O idol shepherd that leaveth the flock: the sword shall be upon his arm, and upon his right eye. His arm shall be clean dried up, and his right eye shall be utterly darkened.
Note that God speaks directly THREE TIMES in Jeremiah 23:1-2 about the responsibility of leaders (shepherds.) Think about how cities like Philadelphia are being led… God is not pleased, and we see the result of his displeasure.
Philadelphia mayoral candidate, David Oh, told The U.S. Sun: 'We have a bad epidemic in Philadelphia.' The Republican candidate added that the city, especially Kensington, has become a 'destination' for drug addicts and dealers.
Oh believes that the lack of a medication to treat a Tranq overdose will not dissuade addicts or dealers.
He added: 'They're living for the high....if they hear about a person who died, that's it, they're going for it.'
'Death is a big seller, it's a money maker.'
The last line is extremely disturbing, but there was even more to the story:
The attorney and politician said: ‘Deadly drugs sell the best... when addicts get high they are in heaven, and when they're not high, they're very unhappy. Then they finally inject again and its Shangri-La - it's heaven.’
They awake to a miserable life and a miserable world... so Narcan and saving a life is not what they are looking for - to die in heaven will make them happy."‘
Lord, please help us.
The quotes you’ve just seen speak directly to the devil actively working, every single day, to separate us from God, and from living by the scripture.
He poisons the mind of shepherds, and they are no longer vigilant, thus, they cannot show others how to be vigilant… and then it’s easy to get to the sheep.
As stated in 1 Peter 5:8:
Be sober, and watch: for your adversary the devil as a roaring lion walketh about, seeking whom he may devour.
Once the devil begins working, he confuses the mind to the point that only the sin matters… so much that they would rather die than not have it - but death evades them.
As stated in Revelation 9:6:
Therefore in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it, and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
When we talk with believers, seekers, or non-believers about a story like this, we must remember that God is moving from the warning phase to the judgement phase - it’s important that you utilize real world news like this - that points clearly to scripture - to help people understand what’s at stake, and what the last days really look like.

DECEPTIVE SEPARATION - THE DEVIL USING TECHNOLOGY TO REPLACE RELATIONSHIP AND FELLOWSHIP
The advances we’ve seen in technology has created an almost infinite amount of opportunities.
But, it’s also created a veil that has many people thinking that the functions of the world are of God and in the word of God.
That level of confusion is the mastery of Satan, and the world is his dominion.
As we are told in Revelation 12:9:
And the great dragon that old serpent, called the devil and Satan, was cast out, which deceiveth all the world: he was even cast into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
With many today living of the world and being spiritually blind, Satan is accelerating his plan of separating us from God, and from each other.
Fictional humans have been falling in love with robots for decades, in novels like Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? (1968), The Silver Metal Lover (1981) and films like Her (2013). These stories have allowed authors to explore themes like forbidden relationships, modern alienation and the nature of love.
When those stories were written, machines were not quite advanced enough to spark emotional feelings from most users. But recently, a new spate of artificial intelligence (AI) programs have been released to the public that act like humans and reciprocate gestures of affection. And some humans have fallen for these bots—hard. Message boards on Reddit and Discord have become flooded with stories of users who have found themselves deeply emotionally dependent on digital lovers, much like Theodore Twombly in Her.
As AIs become more and more sophisticated, the intensity and frequency of humans turning to AI to meet their relationship needs is likely to increase. This could lead to unpredictable and potentially harmful results. AI companions could help to ease feelings of loneliness and help people sort through psychological issues. But the rise of such tools could also deepen what some are calling an “epidemic of loneliness,” as humans become reliant on these tools and vulnerable to emotional manipulation.
'These things do not think, or feel or need in a way that humans do. But they provide enough of an uncanny replication of that for people to be convinced,' says David Auerbach, a technologist and the author of the upcoming book Meganets: How Digital Forces Beyond Our Control Commandeer Our Daily Lives and Inner Realities. 'And that’s what makes it so dangerous in that regard.'”
There are so many parts of this that are spiritually dangerous - pride, covetousness, lust, vanity - that we are warned of in scripture:
As stated in 1 John 2:16:
For all that is in this world, (as the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life) is not of the Father, but is of this world.
And, while all things are available to you, that does not mean they are good for you, nor should they control you.
As stated in 1 Corinthians 6:12:
All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not profitable. I may do all things, but I will not be brought under the power of any thing.
It also fundamentally separates us from each other as creations of God, and his intention for us as a church body.
As stated in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10:
For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe unto him that is alone: for he falleth, and there is not a second to lift him up.
And Proverbs 27:17:
Iron sharpeneth iron, so doth man sharpen the face of his friend.
For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of the body, which is one, though they be many, yet are but one body: even so is Christ.
For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews, or Grecians, whether we be bond, or free, and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
For the body also is not one member, but many.
All of the dangers around the misuse of technologies, especially as a replacement for fellowship and biblically based companionship, are summed up with a test that we’re given in scripture - 1 John 5:19:
We know that we are of God, and this whole world lieth in wickedness.
This topic is on the minds and hearts of people of all walks of life, and all ages, and regardless of their level of understanding, there’s still a fear of the unknown, including what Artificial Intelligence might be capable of.
When talking about it, the scripture included here is powerful text to help educated people on spiritual battles, and the fact that these spiritual weapons are used everywhere, everyday on TV, in the movies, and in popular culture.
