TWISTED WORDS - THE SPIRIT OF CONFUSION & SEPARATION IS THE DEVIL’S PLAYGROUND
A story from the Phoenix, Arizona area earlier this week shows how the devil is more blatant than ever in his quest to destroy us.
Tamillia Valenzuela is a school board member in the Washington Elementary School District (WESD), whom delivered a series of statements on the topic of a longstanding partnership that the school district had - until they unanimously voted to dissolve it - after those statements.
Proverbs 6:16-19 is scripture to keep handy while we break down this story:
16 These six things doth the Lord hate: yea, his soul abhorreth seven:
17 The haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and the hands that shed innocent blood,
18 An heart that imagineth wicked enterprises, feet that be swift in running to mischief,
19 A false witness that speaketh lies, and him that raiseth up contentions among brethren.
“An Arizona school board member wearing cat ears during a meeting said she would oppose having a contract with a Christian university over the religious and Biblical beliefs they espouse, Fox News Digital found.
The Washington Elementary School District, which serves students in the Phoenix and Glendale areas, had an ongoing contract with Arizona Christian University for five years, enabling their student teachers to be placed in its schools for field experience.
On Feb. 23, the board agreed on a motion to dissolve the partnership with the Christian university. They did not immediately respond to a request for comment on whether they have a bias against Christian beliefs.
Some board members cited ACU's website, which they argued shows the school holds a ‘strong anti-LGBTQ stance’ because it insists that marriage is between a man and a woman. One member, Tamillia Valenzuela, argued the fact that the school encourages its students to be ‘biblically minded’ did not align with the district's stance on inclusivity.
‘While I full heartedly believe in religious freedom and people being able to practice whatever faith that they have, I had some very concerned -- concerns regarding looking at this particular institution, and I think it's a really good time for us to take a moment and really pause about where our values really lie,’ Valenzuela said during the meeting.
‘My concerns though are our values and if this institution is value-aligned with Washington Elementary School District,’ Valenzuela continued. ‘At some point we need to get real with ourselves and take a look at who we are making legal contracts with and the message that that is sending to our community, because that makes me feel like I could not be safe in this school district. That makes other queer kids who are already facing attacks from our lawmakers that they could not be safe in this community.’”
This is quite a bit to digest.
The reality is that this is a prime example of Satan growing bolder and bolder everyday, and using damaged souls to do his bidding. We see this in multiple scriptures:
24 He that hateth, will counterfeit with his lips, but in his heart he layeth up deceit.
25 Though he speak favorably, believe him not: for there are seven abominations in his heart.
And In Psalm 140:2:
Which imagine evil things in their heart, and make war continually.
Miss Valenzuela wasn’t the only one to chime in:
“School board member Kyle Clayton blasted the university for ‘teaching with a Biblical lens.’
‘I, too, echo what Ms. Valenzuela said when I… looked into not only their core values, but the statement of faith… [which they] ask their students to sign and live by,’ he said.
‘Proselytizing is embedded into how they teach. And I just don't believe that that belongs in schools.’"
Interesting choice of words by Mr. Clayton. Here’s the definition of Proselytize:
pros·e·ly·tize ˈprä-s(ə-)lə-ˌtīz
proselytized; proselytizing
1: to induce someone to convert to one's faith
2: to recruit someone to join one's party, institution, or cause
: to recruit or convert especially to a new faith, institution, or cause
Based on this, it would be fair to say the desire which Miss Valenzuela has to:
identify as a "a bilingual, disabled, neurodivergent Queer Black Latina… who loves a good hot wing (but only with the right ranch) and things that sparkle," and;
That the “board recently added their pronouns at the dias as a solidarity move with the LGBT community.”
Wouldn’t those also meet the definition of proselytizing?
That would fall into the category of hypocrisy.
And Matthew 23:27-28 covers it:
27 Woe be to you, Scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites: for ye are like unto whited tombs, which appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and all filthiness.
28 So are ye also: for outward ye appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.
This started as a more covert movement to influence education, and for Satan to achieve his goal of damning future generations…
But now, with people being so blinded to the fact that it’s happening, and how it’s happening, Satan isn’t hiding it any more. Here’s another case:
A California teacher, Jessica Tapia, who lost her job after refusing to comply with a California district's gender policies, citing Christian beliefs, is blowing the whistle on the expectations she felt as a teacher to not only hide students' gender transitions from parents, but also to keep them in the dark through lying.
‘Based on your religious beliefs, you cannot be dishonest with parents... If asked about a student's gender identity by a parent, you cannot refer the parent to a counselor, defer the inquiry and suggest they speak with a student..., or otherwise deflect the parent's inquiry,’ the letter, signed by assistant superintendent of human resources, Daniel Brooks, said.
‘The district cannot accommodate your religious beliefs that... prohibit you from maintaining a student's gender identity and refraining from disclosing a student's gender identity from his/her/their parent(s)/guardians,’ it continued.
Wow.
These articles are perfect for discussions with parents who may not be aware this is even happening as well as public servants - showing us how scripture provides us guidance and remedy to deal with the issues.

A Step Towards Merging Man and Machine - False Prophets and Serpents
The deception of Satan on man is relentless, and we must be vigilant.
Many believers often forget the most basic teaching of God when it comes to this:
In 1 Peter 5:8:
Be sober, and watch: for your adversary the devil as a roaring lion walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Footnotes:
The cruelty of Satan, who seeketh by all means to devour us, is overcome by watchfulness and faith.
And in this story from March 2, 2023, we can see the sin of changing God’s creation being done under the veil of “helping” -
“Whether it is managing childcare, operating on a patient or cooking a Sunday dinner, there are many occasions when an extra pair of arms would come in, well, handy.
Now researchers say such human augmentation could be on the horizon, suggesting additional robotic body parts could be designed to boost our capabilities.
Tamar Makin, a professor of cognitive neuroscience at the MRC cognition and brain unit at Cambridge University, said the approach could increase productivity.
“If you want an extra arm while you’re cooking in the kitchen so you can stir the soup while chopping the vegetables, you might have the option to wear and independently control an extra robotic arm,” she said.
The approach has precedence: Dani Clode, a designer and colleague of Makin’s at Cambridge University, has already created a 3D-printed thumb that can be added to any hand. Clode will be discussing the device as part of panel on ‘Homo cyberneticus: motor augmentation for the future body’ at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in Washington DC on Friday.
Makin said the extra thumb could be helpful for waiters holding plates, or for electrical engineers when soldering, for example, and other robotic body parts could be designed for particular workplace needs. For example, extra arm could help a builder hammer a nail while holding a joist in place.”
So, the technology is helpful… but the devil is in the details:
“Homo cyberneticus: motor augmentation for the future body’ at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) in Washington DC on Friday.”
The Homo cyberneticus thing is an issue:
Sure, the idea of an “extra arm to help out in the kitchen” sounds good on the surface… except that’s not the real goal…
Plows, forklifts, and other tools have been around a long time.
But the real goal is human-AI integration.
Yep, cyborgs… as in, YOU BECOMING ONE.
We’re warned in scripture about this:
And no marvel: for Satan himself is transformed into an Angel of light.
And that we would be deceived by trying to be God, in 2 Corinthians 11:3:
But I fear lest as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtlety, so your minds should be corrupt from the simplicity that is in Christ.
And by the deception of false prophets, as written in Revelation 2:20:
Notwithstanding, I have a few things against thee, that thou sufferest the woman Jezebel which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to deceive my servants, to make them commit fornication and to eat meat sacrificed unto idols.
Once you have been changed from a creation of God to something else… you end up trying to be God - like Ray Kurzweil:

Look closely at how that story is framed. Satan is deceiving, but making it sweet for those who are not in the word… they begin to believe that being god-like is OK.
That’s not good. And we’re told about it in scripture:
But, O man, who art thou which pleadest against God? shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?
And in Romans 1:21-22:
21 Because that when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful, but became vain in their thoughts, and their foolish heart was full of darkness.
22 When they professed themselves to be wise, they became fools.
We are running out of time to help people understand what’s really at stake.
Satan wants our souls… so our minds will follow him…
And just as he deceived Adam and Eve in the garden with twisted words of being like God, he’s utilizing the tools of today to do the same thing, and separate us from God - so that we’re no longer his creation - that we may be controlled by evil forces in the world, and eternally damned.
This is such a timely topic to discuss with those who are lost, found, or searching. It’s the type of topic that can save souls!
